About

Midori is a writer, journalist, storyteller and graduate of the Digital Technology and Culture program at Washington State University Vancouver.

The pursuit of meaning, whether by finding or creating it, is what ignites Midori's passion for working with words and ideas. They believe strongly that documentary nonfiction reporting is unlike anything else in how it has the power to demand a culture of accountability among institutions of power and inform and uplift communities. But that's not all — as an avid fan of all things storytelling, Midori is always looking for new mediums and technologies that propel people to new heights of immersive and interactive experiences.

Midori's background in creating and writing for projects across various mediums including Virtual Reality (VR) and legacy print media gives them a unique perspective for communicating and telling stories for different platforms and audiences.
